About fare / charge system

Fares change from the value that "the cheaper the better" to the "appropriate amount".
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has established a system to monitor the lower limit of "fares / charges" to ensure safety, based on the lessons learned from a tragic bus accident.
All bus users, including schools and public institutions, as well as travel agencies, must not place an order at a lower limit when using the bus. (Bus companies must not accept orders below the lower limit)
Izumi Kanko Motor will enforce the estimated orders at appropriate prices within the upper and lower limits set by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

About new coronavirus infection prevention measures

As a countermeasure against the new coronavirus, we will implement the following contents as a unit to minimize the risk of infection and ensure safe and secure boarding in order to provide transportation services to our customers.

Crew / crew measures

  1. Thorough hand washing and gargle.
  2. Always wear a mask during operation.
  3. Body temperature and blood pressure are measured during roll call. If the temperature rises significantly above normal, the delivery will be stopped and the operation will be carried out by a substitute crew member.
  4. Wear gloves when loading luggage into the trunk.
  5. Regular ventilation in the office, abolition of shared towels, installation of alcohol disinfectant, and wearing masks.

In-car measures

  1. Carefully disinfect the parts that the user frequently touches, such as handrails, with alcohol.
  2. Install an alcohol disinfectant for customers in the car.
  3. In order to constantly ventilate the air inside the vehicle, the outside air is introduced and the vehicle is ventilated by opening windows.
  4. Acrylic dividers are installed between the driver's seat and the audience seats on all vehicles.
  5. All vehicles except minibuses are equipped with splash-proof acrylic plates in each passenger seat.
  6. An ozone generator is installed in the car to sterilize the car.
  7. We are implementing antibacterial and antiviral measures in the car using photocatalyst.

Request to customers

  1. Spray alcohol disinfectant on your fingers when riding.
  2. At the time of boarding, the temperature will be measured.
  3. Please wear a mask. If you are not wearing it, we may ask you.
  4. Please refrain from talking in the car without wearing a mask.
  5. We kindly ask for your cooperation in taking away the trash that you bring in as much as possible.

  1. The president is deeply aware that ensuring transportation safety is the basis of business management, and will play a leading role in ensuring transportation within the company.   5. Zero accidents caused by health.

We are working on driver health management measures
