Izumi Kanko Motor provides chartered buses to meet the various needs of our customers.
Fares change from the value that "the cheaper the better" to the "appropriate amount".
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has established a system to monitor the lower limit of "fares / charges" to ensure safety, based on the lessons learned from a tragic bus accident.
All bus users, including schools and public institutions, as well as travel agencies, must not place an order at a lower limit when using the bus. (Bus companies must not accept orders below the lower limit)
Izumi Kanko Motor will enforce the estimated orders at appropriate prices within the upper and lower limits set by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
The basic calculation method takes into account "hourly fare," "mileage fare," "midnight and early morning surcharge," "addition of substitutes," and "special vehicle."
As a countermeasure against the new coronavirus, we will implement the following contents as a unit to minimize the risk of infection and ensure safe and secure boarding in order to provide transportation services to our customers.

We received a three-star rating in December 3rd year of Reiwa under the "Safety Evaluation and Certification System" examined and approved by the Nihon Bus Association. This proves that we are able to comply with the safe operation management standards set by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in our daily activities, and considering the fact that there are still few successful applicants among small businesses, it is "safe for our customers." This is the basis for strongly appealing for "safety."
We take the role of taking care of our customers' lives and transporting them safely and securely. At the same time, we strive to prevent accidents with pedestrians and automobiles on public roads, and have a social responsibility to take necessary measures for that purpose.
However, in recent years, it has been pointed out that the number of middle-aged and elderly drivers is increasing, lack of awareness of their health management, and inadequate health examinations, and health-related accidents are occurring one after another.
We believe that it is the responsibility of the business operator to take health management measures for crew members, and we thoroughly implement health management measures such as regular interview guidance for drivers by registered dietitians and in-house seminars.
We are a member of the Health Management Association and promote health management. This is because we believe that the physical and mental health of bus drivers is the driving force for preventing traffic accidents. We face the harsh working environment of bus drivers, pay attention to health management under the guidance and advice of the association, and aim to ensure safety through sound health management that is not related to black companies.
